Laura Novak, M.S., M.P.S.

Background

Laura Novak, M.S., M.P.S. (Extern), is a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology (PhD) program at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, MD. She has experience providing individual psychotherapy to Veterans, active-duty Service members, and their family members at The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Easterseals, and neuropsychological assessment for adults at The George Washington University Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. She strives to provide cognitive-behavioral therapy in a safe, welcoming environment that focuses on working towards patient treatment goals. Laura’s clinical interests include depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, and trauma. Laura sees patients in our Washington, DC office. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and reading.
