We are committed to the health and safety of our patients and to providing needed support and psychological services during the current COVID-19 crisis.
In order to help keep our patients, staff and community safe, our offices remain closed.
We know that for many people continued psychotherapy is crucially important. We also recognize that additional support may be needed during this stressful time. We will be providing teletherapy using video conferencing to all of our existing patients.
We are also accepting new patients for teletherapy. Once the COVID-19 crisis has passed new patients will be able to be seen in person in our Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD offices.
In order to protect your privacy, we will be using video therapy programs that meet the security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
As stay-at-home orders begin to be lifted in our area, we will continue to monitor the situation to determine when we can begin to safely reopen our offices.
